Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or not showing for appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable. With 24 hour cancellation notice the deposit or payment may be applied to the next scheduled appointment. ABC Training and Testing reserves the right to reschedule any appointment due to weather, road conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment/Refund Policy
There will be an additional charge, ($15.00 for auto & $30.00 for CDL), for a skills test appointment that needs to be rescheduled due to inadequate documents, faulty equipment, or if you are more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment. All appointments must be pre-paid at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled appointment. Pass or fail, all payments and deposits for testing, training, and/or vehicle rentals are non-refundable and subject to forfeiture.
